Nuveen Real Estate, one of the largest investment managers globally, announces the start of the reconstruction of PI59. The asset was acquired in 2020 and scheduled completion of the best-in-class office space is set to take place in Spring 2024. G&S Vastgoed have been appointed as development manager in partnership with V8, the appointed architects for the project.

Nuveen Real Estate’s Cityhold Office Partnership (CHOP) has acquired an office building from HighBrook Investors. The property is located at the Prinses Irenestraat 59 on the Zuidas of Amsterdam’s Central Business District, within close proximity to Amsterdam Zuid rail station.
